- cancel reservations up to 14 days before arrival.
Terms & Conditions & Useful Information
Cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival, after which time a cancellation fee of 30% of the total room price will be charged to your credit card.
Check in time is after 14:00 on the day of arrival. At check in we will pre-authorise your Credit Card, or if you have a Debit Card charge the full stay.
Check out is before 12:00 on the departure day.
Hotel Ellique is situated in the middle of the Mediaeval Old Town of Rhodes where access by car is very limited, and taxis are only allowed inside during the winter months. Access to the Old Town is through one of 7 gates. We will pick you up by St. Athanasios gate (next to Saint Francis Church) with a golf buggy or a luggage trolley on your first arrival to help you find the way.
Our location is on a very quiet back street, where our guests come to have a rest away from the hustle and bustle. Our policy is therefore that we discourage families with children younger than 12 years of age.
Hotel Ellique does not allow pets (to be allergy free), and smoking is not allowed in the rooms under any circumstances. Smoking is however allowed in the garden while taking consideration of other guests of course.
